The biggest inspiration for getting fit and working on my body from bottom to top was seeing how well I performed in sports as a child, leading up to graduating high school. I always had abs, biceps, and very shredded muscles in general from the conditioning and competition when I played baseball for most of my youth. I got my first gym membership at 18 and broke away from the lower-quality eating habits in the household I grew up in. Once I started to pay attention to what I consumed and what different body parts I needed to work on to complete my whole body, great things came to me visibly in the mirror, as well as in daily life. My legs have helped all around in achieving amazing form when it comes to muscle growth and productivity in whichever job or extracurricular activities I spent time on. Fitness is a way of showing self-care to me, and I never shy away from telling anyone how they can get introduced properly into their own journey of becoming the best version of themselves.<\/p>\n
My discovery of All American Guys came to me as I was hard at work during a lifting session at a local gym in the Tampa, FL area. A fellow AAG member approached me and saw my potential with the physical build I had, as well as the natural look for doing well in front of the camera. He was more than welcoming and interested in knowing more about my goals, as well as my thoughts on joining a solid team to get the process going toward exemplifying my best traits for the platform to recognize me as an awesome addition to the modeling world under the AAG banner. I was more than excited to begin and have enjoyed every moment along the way, meeting cool people and seeing beautiful places all over the U.S.<\/p>\n Some of my favorite foods are mostly carnivorous. I like smoked meats, and I enjoy salmon, steaks, chicken, and also pork on occasion. I do love sweet potatoes, cauliflower, cottage cheese, yogurt, and most fruits, like blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. I typically eat two bananas a day for extra potassium intake too.<\/p>\n To drink, I mostly drink water, prebiotic sodas, kombucha, and electrolyte beverages with little to no sugar. If I have caffeine, it is iced black coffee.<\/p>\n My favorite pastime is being in the forests where I came from in Indiana, exploring the waterways and trails, and building shelters from the natural materials I had around me with longtime friends I grew up with. It was an escape for me to learn about nature while finding peace away from the changing world in front of me during the early 2000s.<\/p>\n My favorite places in the U.S. are all from childhood memories outside of where I moved from home in 2022. I went from Ft. Wayne, Indiana, to Tampa, FL, at that point. I haven\u2019t been to many places, but I did like when I got to see Las Vegas, Nashville, the coast of NC, and the Savannah, GA, area. I visited Cooperstown, New York, when I was twelve for a baseball tournament. In that city, the Baseball Hall of Fame is a staple that I got to walk through and experience. It is a fond memory of mine, being able to go there to see MLB history in person.<\/p>\n Right now, I reside in Puerto Rico. The island is full of amazing food, land, culture, and beautiful people. I embrace being a minority here. The island has been very welcoming to me and has allowed me to live freely and happily, as I see myself being a resident for a long time from here on out. It is a U.S. territory that provides tremendous opportunities for growth and prosperity for a kid from Indiana like myself. I will always love where I came from, but coming to this one-of-a-kind place in Puerto Rico has been perfect for where I am mentally, physically, and spiritually.
