What\u2019s That?<\/h3>\n<p>\u201c80\/20\u201d in the world of food and diet is a simple little rule of thumb that says\u2014 you should basically try to eat healthy at least 80% of the time. This allows 20% of the time for you to be more carefree with your diet. \u00a0While we strongly believe you should at all times try to eat nutritious foods, this little rule is not such a bad one. \u00a0In essence, if we insist on eating cheat meals more often than not, then perhaps it\u2019s best to set the limit for \u201cjunk meals\u201d to 20% of your week\u2019s food consumption.
