We’re not going to mince words with this health advice. If you’re a smoker, stop it. It is one of the primary causes of all sorts of cancers, not to mention respiratory diseases. And if you’re into cardio and aerobics, its so counterproductive. All that huffing and puffing, being winded and out of breath from just a little jogging—- see why you shouldn’t smoke? So cut it out!
