Welcome to AllAmericanGuys.com (“AAG,” “All American Guys,” “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including all memberships, media, features, forums, communications, and related services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies posted on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
This Site contains adult-oriented material, including mature themes, physique imagery, nudity, suggestive content, and discussions intended solely for consenting adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to access or use the Services.
By entering the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that accessing such material is legal in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from accessing the Site.
2. License & Permitted Use
All content and Services provided by AAG are licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, AAG grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, archive, scrape, record, stream, commercially exploit, rebroadcast, torrent, leak, repost, or otherwise misuse Site content in any manner without prior written authorization. You may not remove watermarks, branding, copyright notices, or other proprietary markings from any materials on the Site. Automated systems including bots, crawlers, AI scraping tools, harvesting software, or machine learning systems may not be used to access, collect, analyze, or reproduce Site materials.
Site content may not be used for artificial intelligence training datasets, synthetic media generation, or any automated content-generation systems. You may not share account credentials, bypass security measures, interfere with membership protections, or attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Site.
Any unauthorized use immediately terminates your license to use the Services.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All Site content, including videos, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, designs, text, software, source code, interfaces, audio, and visual materials (“Site Content”), is owned by or licensed to AAG and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Nothing contained on the Site grants any ownership interest or intellectual property rights to users except for the limited access license expressly provided under these Terms. “AAG,” “All American Guys,” associated logos, and related branding are proprietary trademarks of AAG.
4. User Accounts & Memberships
Certain portions of the Services require registration and the creation of a member account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for all activity occurring under your account, and for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and current.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, payment disputes, or any conduct harmful to the Site, its operations, or its users.
Membership access is personal and non-transferable.
5. Billing, Renewals & Refund Policy
Paid memberships automatically renew according to the subscription term selected during purchase unless canceled before the next billing cycle. By purchasing a membership, you authorize AAG and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or terminated memberships are not eligible for refunds or credits.
AAG reserves the right to modify pricing, membership offerings, or billing structures at any time upon reasonable notice. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or abuse of payment systems may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
6. User Content & Community Features
Certain Services may allow users to post comments, forum messages, profiles, photographs, or other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant AAG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, and use such content solely in connection with operating, promoting, maintaining, and improving the Services.
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to submit the content, that the content does not violate any law or third-party rights, and that the material complies with these Terms and all posted community guidelines. You further represent that any individuals appearing in submitted content are at least 18 years of age and have provided all legally required consent and authorization.
AAG does not endorse User Content and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, reliability, or quality of user-submitted materials. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, moderate, remove, edit, restrict, or delete User Content at any time and for any reason without notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to upload, distribute, or transmit illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful material. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, stalk or intimidate other users, distribute spam or malicious software, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with Site operations or servers, or attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas of the platform.
You also agree not to use automated systems to harvest data or content from the Site or engage in commercial exploitation of Site materials without express written permission.
AAG reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and disclose information where legally required.
8. Anti-Human Trafficking & Ethical Standards
AAG maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding human trafficking, forced labor, exploitation, and modern slavery in any form.
We are committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and with integrity across all aspects of our operations, partnerships, productions, and business relationships. We seek to ensure that human trafficking, coercion, forced labor, child exploitation, or unlawful exploitation do not occur within our business activities or among any vendors, contractors, contributors, or third-party partners associated with the Services.
AAG expects all suppliers, contractors, affiliates, talent, photographers, production personnel, and business partners to comply with all applicable anti-trafficking, labor, and human rights laws. All participating models, performers, contributors, and content providers must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid age and identity documentation where required by law.
Any suspected violation of these standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable.
9. DMCA & Copyright Complaints
AAG respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
If you believe copyrighted material has been improperly posted on the Site, you may submit a valid DMCA notice containing your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, a statement of good-faith belief regarding the disputed use, and a statement under penalty of perjury confirming that the information provided is accurate.
AAG reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, payment processors, social media platforms, or external services. AAG does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, products, or practices of any third-party service.
Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the applicable third party.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and Site Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
AAG makes no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy or reliability of content, compatibility with your devices or systems, security of transmissions, or error-free operation of the Services.
Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAG and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Services or inability to access the Services.
In all circumstances, AAG’s maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the total amount paid by you to AAG during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or USD $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AAG and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, legal fees, or costs arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Termination
AAG may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services immediately ceases.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that any disputes arising from or relating to the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
16. Changes To These Terms
AAG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
