Complaints & Content Removal Policy

AllAmericanGuys.com (“AAG,” “All American Guys,” “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, lawful, and consensual platform environment.
We take complaints regarding content appearing on the Site seriously and review all legitimate reports submitted through the procedures outlined below.
1. Reporting Content
Users, performers, rights holders, or third parties may report content they believe violates these Terms of Service, infringes copyright or intellectual property rights, contains unauthorized or non-consensual material, involves impersonation, harassment, exploitation, abuse, unlawful activity, or otherwise violates applicable laws or Site policies.
Reports should include sufficient detail to allow us to properly investigate the matter. Whenever possible, submissions should include your full name and contact information, the URL or direct location of the content in question, a detailed description of the issue, supporting documentation or proof of ownership or authority where applicable, and any additional information relevant to the complaint.
2. Content Review Process
Upon receiving a valid complaint, AAG may review the reported material, request additional information, temporarily restrict access to content, remove or disable content, suspend or terminate user accounts, or refer matters to legal authorities where appropriate.
All reported complaints will be reviewed and addressed in a commercially reasonable manner, and AAG will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate complaints within five business days.
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether content violates our policies, applicable law, or the rights of others.
3. Non-Consensual or Exploitative Content
AAG strictly prohibits non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, coercion, human trafficking, child exploitation, unauthorized recordings, revenge pornography, and any unlawful sexual content.
Any content reasonably believed to violate these standards may be removed immediately and reported to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
AAG maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding content involving minors or unlawful exploitation of any kind.
4. Depicted Individual Removal Requests

Please include sufficient information to identify the content in question and explain the basis for your request.
AAG will review all good-faith removal requests and may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to evaluate the matter.
If a dispute arises regarding a removal request that cannot be resolved directly between the parties, AAG reserves the right to allow the matter to be reviewed or resolved through an independent or neutral resolution process where appropriate.
5. Copyright & Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content hosted on the Site infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a DMCA-compliant notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement regarding unauthorized use, and a statement made under penalty of perjury confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Knowingly submitting false or misleading complaints may result in legal liability.
6. User Cooperation & Investigations
Users agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations relating to reported violations of these policies.
Failure to cooperate, abuse of reporting systems, submission of fraudulent complaints, or repeated policy violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
