Want to get the best results for your health when going to the gym? Train for strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance (SFC). Don’t focus so much on how your muscles look, but make the priority the above mentioned. Yes, we all want to look like an AAG model. The truth is, if we train for SFC, the resulting “good shape” will come as a bi-product.
