Yes, It is Fiber that You Need

We all need fiber in our diet. It is one of the keys to healthy living. Why is fiber so important?  For one, it assists with your bowel health, lowering cholesterol levels, controlling blood sugar and keeping your gut bacteria happy.  These are all great benefits, but one of the bi-products of good bowel health includes softer stools and less constipation.  Let’s add one more to the list of fiber benefits– it can aid in achieving a healthy weight.  So eat your fiber and be healthier.  Here a list of fiber rich foods we recommend:  Oatmeal, bran flakes, whole-wheat pasta, avocados, pears, split peas, lentils, artichokes, black beans, broccoli, collard greens and spinach.
