Don’t Skip Breakfast!

Hell, even our sexy Russian-American featured model eats his breakfast on the daily. It is critically important. Yes, critically.  Why is breakfast considered “the most important meal of the day”?  Because it’s the first thing your body consumes and needs in order to get off to a good start.  Especially in the mornings– you’ll need that energy boost and other essentials (carbs, protein, glucose, minerals, etc.) to get you thru the first part of the day.  Yes, there are some folks who consume 5 to 6 meals a day, so in essence they’re grazing throughout a 24 hour cycle.  But most of us don’t have the time to break and eat in this manner.  So it’s advantageous to get that first meal in, shortly after you wake up. It will not only energize you and get you to the next meal time, but it also helps to keep your metabolism working properly.  What type of breakfast should you eat? That’s a whole different article.  But for now, let’s keep it simple.  Eat your breakfast daily and ideally balance it out so it contains grains, fruits, protein and some veggies.  You figure that part out, as we all have different tastes.  And get your first liquid drink of the day in as well.
