We’ll get to the sleep thing down below, but first– Taylor D.  He is one of AAG’s latest additions. He’s a sexy Floridian of Puerto Rican, Mexican and Portuguese ancestry. So naturally, with all that sea-faring blood, he loves being close to the ocean. On the weekends he enjoys taking his boat out to fish. Or often times just have a boat party in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico with his friends. Taylor’s also not shy. Have you seen his AAG photo shoot and video footage? Who Are You Sleeping With ?

Well, maybe that question is misleading. The real issue here is not so much who you are sleeping with, but the quality of sleep you are getting with yourself. Our advice– get adequate amounts of sleep every day for a healthier you. It is so important! Probably one of the top 3 most important things you can do for your health. Good sleep promotes body healing, muscle growth (after strenuous gym sessions), regulates appetite, and rejuvenates the mind and soul. Really, it does! So get your sleep AAG gang!
