This document is an FAQ which helps address sign up problems.
1.

I get denied when attempting to subscribe to the site. What am I doing wrong?

Answer: There might be several reasons why you get denied at sign up. Please take note of the following possible reasons and their solutions.

1.
 Your credit card is full to its limit or is blocked because of fraud: Contact your financial institution or credit card company to address the issue.
2.
 You are not correctly putting in your address: Please use the address that corresponds to your credit card billing statement.
3.

You are forgetting to put in your card ID: Please check the back of your card and you will see the card ID. On AMEX cards, it's above the numbers on the front of the card.

 
2.

I didn't get a username & password when i signed up. What do I do?

Answer: Your computer may have had a glitch during the process where you choose your username and password. It's rare, but sometimes this can happen. Please contact us and identify the problem. Provide your subscription ID and full name for immediate assistance.
