are receiving a "blocked IP address
/ username" because either your username
and passwords are being used by too many
people or you attempted
several times to login to the website with
a wrong username/password in error, or
your username/password may have expired.
So one of these three possibilities.
If
you feel that your username and password
are correct, or if they are automatically
filled in to your browser, here is what
you can do to resolve the issue. First you
need to contact us so we can remove the
block from our system. Please call 727-896-9182
or email
us using the online form..
After
we have removed the block you will need
to CLEAR your browser's cookies. How do
you do that? Follow instructions below.
Important
Note: If you have multiple
browsers on your computer you MUST perform
the following operation on ALL of them.
First
you must open your browser then do the following,
based on your type of browser:
For Internet Explorer users:
- Click on Tools, then Internet Options
- You will see a button that says "Delete
Cookies". Please click that button
- It will ask you to confirm, click OK
- Then next to the "Delete Cookies"
button you will see a button that says "Delete
Files". Click on that and also confirm
deletion.
- Close your browser down. Restart your
computer and try to log in again to AAG
members section
For Firefox users:
- Click on Tools, then Clear Private Data
- Make sure to check the Cookies option
- Uncheck "Save Passwords", that
should be the only option UNCHECKED
- Now, click the "Clear Private Data"
now button
- Close your browser down. Restart your
computer and try to log in again to AAG
members section
For Mac Safari users:
- Click on the Safari option at the top,
the choose preferences
- Click the "Show Cookies" button
- Then Click "Remove All"
- Confirm that you want to remove all cookies.
- Close your browser down. Restart your
computer and try to log in again to AAG
members section
If
none of the above helps resolve getting
you into the website, then please contact
the administrator to help resolve the
issue. Be sure to provide your username
and subscription ID for prompt assistance.
TIP:
Do not give out your username and password
to anyone. This is for your use only. If
the system detects too many people attempting
to use the same username/password it will
put a block on the username.
