When I pull up a video, I don’t see any video. Instead I get a blank white screen or broken image? And sometimes I don’t get sound. How do I view & hear video clips?


Answer: Our web site uses three types of video players to view video. We use Flash, Quicktime and Windows Media player for playing videoclips. Please read below for an explanation of how we use these types of video players.

Flash is used with our new members video chats and also to stream some of our videos on the website. These Flash videos are cross-platform and take less time to download than other video mediums. Most browsers come with the Flash plugin already installed. If your browser does not come with Flash, you must get the Flash Player.

Our online webcasts (cam chats) uses Windows Media Player to stream video. To view the Windows Media videoclips you must have the latest Windows Media Player installed on your computer.

Will High Definition (HD) videos play on my machine? What is required?


Answer: Most computers today can handle downloading and playing of videoclips. Even older computers
can handle downloads, but please review our system requirements below.

Sometimes when I am playing a videoclip, it suddenly stops in the middle of the scene. Almost as if it freezes. What does this mean? What do I do?

Answer: The videoclips on this site are optimized to play at their best once they have fully downloaded. For some users, sometimes you will notice stops in the video while it’s downloading for the first time. This happens mostly because the video file sizes are larger, ranging from 15mb to 50mb, and on a slow modem connection, this "freezing" can occur. Don’t panic, allow the video to download completely. On the replay of the videoclip, the clip will play fine for most users.

• Have a computer that is running at least 64MB of RAM
• Have the latest Apple Quicktime Plugin installed on your computer
• Have the latest Flash Plugin installed on your computer
• Have the latest Windows Media Player installed on your computer
• Have a computer hard drive with enough storage space to save videoclips
• Have speakers installed so you can enjoy the full effect of the videoclips
