When I pull up a video, I don’t see any video. Instead I get a blank white screen or broken image? And sometimes I don’t get sound. How do I view & hear video clips?
Answer: Our web site uses three types of video players to view video. We use Flash, Quicktime and Windows Media player for playing videoclips. Please read below for an explanation of how we use these types of video players.

Flash is used with our new members video chats and also to stream some of our videos on the website. These Flash videos are cross-platform and take less time to download than other video mediums. Most browsers come with the Flash plugin already installed. If your browser does not come with Flash, you must get the Flash Player.

Our members section uses Quicktime videos which deliver a superior, high-resolution crisp and clear sounding video. To view the Quicktime videoclips you MUST have the latest Quicktime Plugin installed on your computer. To hear sound, you should have speakers installed on your machine as well. Please remember to turn up your speaker volume.
Our online webcasts (cam chats) uses Windows Media Player to stream video. To view the Windows Media videoclips you must have the latest Windows Media Player installed on your computer.
