Password and Members Area Access Problems & How to Resolve It.

COMMON QUESTIONS:

1.
I tried to log in and got a “blocked IP address/username” message, or a message saying that I have attempted too many failed login tries. I know my username and password are working, so why did this happen, and how do I fix it?

You are receiving a “blocked IP address / username” because either your username and passwords are being used by too many people or you attempted several times to login to the website with a wrong username/password in error, or your username/password may have expired. So one of these three possibilities.

If you feel that your username and password are correct, or if they are automatically filled in to your browser, here is what you can do to resolve the issue. First you need to contact us so we can remove the block from our system. Please email by going here.

2.
I forgot my username and password and tried several times unsuccessfully to enter the site, but got denied. What should I do?

If you forgot your username and password and tried several times unsuccessfully to enter the site but got denied, please contact us to help your retrieve your username and password. Be sure to provide your full name and subscription ID for prompt assistance. Also note, that attempting too many failed logins might lock you out.

TIP: If you were a member previously and then cancelled and re-subscribed at a later date, your old username and password may still be stored in your browser’s memory. Please be sure to clear the old username/password from your Internet browser’s memory (the pop up box), and put in your current username and password.

3.
I think my username and password were stolen. Will this prevent me from getting in the site? And what should I do about it?

If your username/password was stolen, it very likely could lead to many people attempting to use it to gain entry to the site. This will result in a blocked username. Please contact us to help resolve the issue. Be sure to provide your username and subscription ID for prompt assistance.

4.
Does it mean that my membership was cancelled if I can’t log into the site?

More than likely your membership is not cancelled and you may be experiencing another issue. See questions 1 – 3.

However, in the event you may be cancelled, it could be due to the following common reasons: 1) your credit card expired and you are not aware of it. 2) your credit card is used to its limit and our system is unable to bill you. 3) your credit card was stolen and you have a block on it. Please contact your credit card or financial institution to verify if any of the above may have occurred.

It could also be that your membership was cancelled per your request and it legitimately is not active. In this case, you will need to re subscribe to the site.

Please Contact Customer Service to check on the status of your billing account. Be sure to provide your username and subscription ID for prompt assistance.

5.
When I contact you for help, what information should I provide?

When contacting the administrators of the site, please be sure to provide your username and subscription ID for prompt assistance. If you provide your full name that is also helpful in us retrieving your account information.

Please be as specific as possible when asking a question as this will help expedite the process of resolving your specific issue or complaint.
