Try These for Big Guns

So you want big biceps? So you can flex for the girls and guys who are admiring? Then prepare to lift heavy weights if you want to grow your guns. Here are some great exercises for growing that part of your arms: Reverse grip bent over rows, standing biceps cable curls, incline dumbbell curls and barbell curls. Get your trainer or coach to teach you proper form on these and work out your biceps religiously. Watch the results come in.
