Just do the Basics!
Are you one of those types that just can’t seem to make time for the gym, for whatever reason. It’s OK, you don’t need a full gym and all its hardware to get in your body exercises. Aside from jogging or swimming, you can perform other basic strength exercises to keep your body toned and fit, and to even help you grow muscles. Try doing body weight squats, push-ups and pull-ups, and exercises to build your core, such as sit-ups. These “basic” exercises will go a long way in keeping you physically fit.
