Walk Up and Down Those

We are referring to stairs— those set of steps leading from one floor of a building to another. Yes, they can be very beneficial to your health. Walking up and down (especially up) stairs does wonders for your leg strength and your cardiovascular system. Whenever possible, take the stairs and skip the elevator. You can add years to your life by doing this. Why wouldn’t you want to do this?
